Under no circumstances will saffron.com be liable to any person or business entity for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or other damages based on any use of this Web site or any other Web site to which the saffron.com Web site is linked, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information, even if saffron.com has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. You may use the pull down tab in shipping options to decipher your cheapest method of shipping before placing your order.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
Vanilla, Saffron Imports is not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. The packages delivered by USPS or UPS are confirmed by the deliverer with a tracking number scan, once package is scanned and left it is no longer the carrier or Vanilla, Saffron Imports’ responsibility.
If your package is damaged please contact us via e-mail or phone to receive instruction on how to proceed.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition, within 30 days of purchase, we do not refund or pay for the freight back to our facility. As well there is a 10% restocking fee.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, with “Need to Return an Item” in the subject line to request information on returning a product.
2. Once you have spoken with a representative you may mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the original receipt.
Most items cannot be returned if they are opened. Being that these are food products, we cannot except already opened or used product back into our facility, unless authorized by a representative of Vanilla, Saffron Imports.
Any shipping costs for the return of an item is the responsibility of the customer. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
You may be able to exchange an unopened item, but only after receiving permission from a representative of Vanilla, Saffron Imports.
